Do workers need a smartphone app?
No. They open the link in the phone browser. Many workers prefer a call on their own phone to a trip to an office.
Which languages does the call support?
Hindi, English and other Indian languages. Answers are written down and translated into English for your report.
Can we check past jobs?
Yes. With consent, employment history from EPFO can be added to the case where the worker has a UAN.
