Questions
How is a scholarship beneficiary verified?
The student joins a call, shows their ID and documents and confirms their details. The bank account name is checked so the payout goes to the right person.
Can an institute be audited remotely?
Yes. A staff member gives a live video tour with location and time recorded. Business registration checks can be added.
Is parent consent handled for minors?
Where the student is a minor, the call can be taken by the parent or guardian with their consent.
