Questions
Is the worker’s consent taken?
Yes. The worker is told what is checked and agrees on the call before anything is recorded.
Does the worker need to travel?
No. The call is on their own phone at a time that suits them.
Can an agency use this for all its workers?
Yes. Upload workers from Excel and each gets a link. The agency can share the report with the family.
