Questions
Which checks matter most for drivers?
Driving licence validity and vehicle classes, face match with the licence photo, a court record search and a recorded statement. Vehicle checks such as RC and pending e-challans can be added.
How is the address confirmed?
The person joins the call from home. Live location and time are saved, and the distance from the declared address can be worked out.
Can an agency verify its own guards?
Yes. The agency can use Praman for every guard before placement and share the report with its client.
